so i have a 99 4x4 ranger and when it is warmed up it starts knocking only at an idle tho, i have been told it is from the cam walking back and forth but was wundering if anyone else knew more about it? anyone know of any ways of fixing this? or is it anything to be worried about?

Is it a bottom end knock or a top end knock?

its in the top end, and its not a little tic like a lifter or valve

worn rocker arm tips I have rockers spacers that help but you will need new rocker arms, and also look for a exhaust leek
