Exclamation auto to manual, can i reuse drivelines?

hey guys, i recently just bought a 94 ranger 4x4 with a 4.0l for 1000 bucks that the automatic transmission went out on. my plan for it is to convert it to a 5 speed manual. i already have the transmission and t-case from a 92 explorer and all the other parts, and i was just wondering if anyone here has done something similar and could tell me if i can reuse the drivelines that are in it from the automatic tranny or if i would have to find drivelines from a manual.
