I just replaced my heads on my OHV because they where cracked.

I recommend just ordering new heads. Alabama Cylinder heads has them under $500 shipped BRAND NEW not reconditioned, and they have the valves installed.
I also recommend ordering Delta cams rocker and push rod rebuild kit.
you also need new head bolts they are like $30
