I'm thinking it is a fuel problem.

If it was an oil problem then it wouldn't be reading at all.

The oil gauge goes up with acceleration good.

It's like when I am driving the truck is good but when I slow down to come to a stop or spudders and drops oil psi (which would happen since the engine is struggling) and then turns off.

I already bought a $53 MAP sensor and that wasn't it. I don't think it's my knock sensor.
