Default Trying to do a 3" body lift

I am trying to do a 3" body lift on my 97 ford ranger 2wd. I am just not sure what else I will have to change when I do it. Like maybe shocks filler tube, steering wheel casing on the inside of the truck. Is any of this truley going to be a problem or can I put it on with no other ajustments????? Thanks for the help.
