I think the court's pretty much going to throw the book at that woman. Plus your insurance agent can pull DMV records at the drop of hat. An attorney would be a waste of time,besides the state's attorney will have the driver put away for a long, long time. Also you did get $500 bucks, and the truck was probably not even worth that. I'd just sit back and find out when her trial is and watch her get raped by your state. Plus you may have to show up anyway as a witness, because thanks to you they someone off the streets that shouldn't be on the streets period.
