My main PC somehow got penetrated last night with this nasty crap.

All my antivirus, antispyware, antimalware, antirootkit programs missed it and although they will remove it, the file re-installs itself on shutdown or startup.

If anyone has any idea on how to remove this thing permanently, please let me know.

Everytime I search for resources for how to remove Click.Giftload my browsers re-direct to random search pages that are probably full of viruses too.
It won't even let me go to some of my bookmarks now.

I've spent about 20 hrs in safe mode running all removal tools & it still comes back.
