they should fit under a 4" lift... body vs susspension lifts is a personal preference... it is mainly wether you prefer to spend 200 or close to 5 or 600 bucks... body lift you keep the same ground clearence... suspension lift you have to rework the drive line angle and all that other good stuff... my prference is with the body lift.
