U can try the parts store first if they have it it will be cheaper other wise it may be ford dealer part only. also while your at the parts house u can get an adjustable wrench or if they will let you borrow the correct size wrench for the lower egr nut. if you decide to take the egr off i recommend that when u are putting it back on you start the lower nut first before the egr is completely attached to the intake it can sometimes be a bear to start after it is secured to intake.
I also recommend if you replace the DPFE sensor you also replace the two hoses that attach to it and thats also an easy way to find the DPFE sensor. the two hoses that you will replace come off the tube that attach to the lower portion of the egr valve and go to the sensor.
