Default Re: Oil leak again. How to do the timing?

Follow up 3/24

Mr. Tires left me a voice message so I called them back to see what's up. They told me that the cam synchronizer is bad and that it needed to be changed. The gasket that needs to be changed as well is where the synchronizer is at. I can agree with them there because I had to get that part replaced I believe this past December and without any knowledge about the stuff, I got the Dorman brand. Got it installed from a different Mr. Tires location for about 100 something and it solved the problem. Now when I start the truck up, I hear a squeaking type noise when it's at an idle. It goes away after driving a few miles but I thought it was just some wet belts. But they said that it needs to be replaced and I think I can do it myself if someone can help me out on how to install it. I'm tired of going there and pray to God that I don't have to step foot back in that place again. So please help me. Thank you!
