I did my dads front drivers side and all of mine. On his he did not want to drop the tank. After we got the old mount off, I drilled the holes larger and welded in T-nuts. Then just used 7/16 grade 8 bolts. Worked really well and have not had any problems. Tho his truck is just a 4 popper 2wd and dont get used alot for hauling or carrying heavy weight. But I think its a good easy way as a work around for dropping the tank.
