Like I said...lotto! lol. All the mexican rangers are 4cyl gas powered. Brazilian and Argentine and just about everywhere else are either 2.5L or 3.0L diesels branded "Powerstroke Diesel".
The reason for the cab back wall swap is I hate hate hate the toyota tacoma lookin' back window and third brake light. But love love love the US version.
