They rub a little but nothing to really worry about.

You should be able to break the bolt loose with a good breaker bar and lots of leverage. Put a 3 foot pipe on the end of the bar and pull. It should give you enough power.

I am not a fan of spacers. They can be a good start but keep your eye open on ebay and craigslist for 2" lift coils.

Remember you will have to get an alignment after you are done lifting the front.
