The truck I am looking at is a 2004 with 35k miles on it. The guy said the current title is a Reconstructed one (This is in MA btw). I guess MA has two types of salvage titles; salavge rebuildable and salvage, so I assume this truck was the rebuildable one. But here is my question, how much damage has to be done for the truck to be salvage rebuildable? The insurance company still has to claim the vehicle is a total loss right?
