I apologise for my previous partial post of Nov 18. Somehow the first part got lost.
I have a 2000 4 cyl. with manual trans. and the idle speed is erratic. engine will suddenly go to a high idle, 2000/2500rpm approx. when driving.I have to switch off and restart to correct. Throttle cable is not binding. Suggestions please. rmhc.
