after 2003, all rangers were built in the st. paul, MN plant.
the plant in MN is 100% self sufficient from the city municipalities, because of it's location on the mississippi river, it has it's own Dam on the river, which produces the water and electricity for plant operation. the sand from the rivers banks are harvested and produced into glass for use on the ranger and other ford vehicles.
