If I was you, id make or have so brackets made up for the bull bar and as well as the tow hooks so you could still run them. There is a how to on here or RF for the tow hooks I know forsure.

I have been looking across the internet, and all the forums that I am seeing say that the prekey mod is for 2008+. I have been hearing both ways and am unsure of which to believe.
