Sorry, I should re-phrase what I said...I actually broke off the head of the screw...now the lower half of the screw is stuck in the TPS. It's being held with one screw since, but i think because of that, my RPM is being weird (like what I explained earlier). So I think the problem is the TPS is not held in securely...so it's causes my RPM to behave abnormally. I might get one of those drill-out tools...or just get a new throttle body LOL...you know where to get one online? lol

You could dremel the screw head off and just use one of the two bolts to hold it in place. Or you could try vice grips to back it out, but it might just snap the bolt.
