Will doing the body lift cause problems with having to extend wire harnesses and brake lines?

2000 3.0 dang near stock. 8k HID with K&N intake. Rebuild aunto tranny with kevlar bands and shift inside the 4.0 tranny housing. Kenwood deck with PG 12".
