Wow good job finding that enclosure with sub included for that price. Most vendors make you pay more than that for just the custom fit box! As far as the amp and the sub matchin up... it depends. If that sony is 600w rms it may be easy to blow that sub if u crank your gain up too much(but then again the mtx may be underrated and the amp overrated). If that is peak/max power then it prob won't be a problem and that mtx may thump like a beast.
