Yeah replacing your plugs and wires with an OE setup may resolve your issue.
You now have a a check engine light with the p0305 and p0306 codes plus a diagnosis by the shop you took it to of low compression in cylinder 5. So if plug/wire replacement doesn't resolve the issue it my be something more like worn valve seats, springs, piston rings, etc.
If you didn't have the low compression you could move on to suspect clogged injectors if Autozone's recommendation didn't pan out. It'd be nice if you had the actual readings.
