If the OHC is using the computer's temp sensor as opposed to the gauge sensor, which seems likely, then I think your t-stat is still screwed up. The gauge and computer use two different temperature sensors. If the gauge and the computer's readings are both low, then you can rule out a sensor problem. It should be running 180-195.
