I have determined that most mechanical / electrical challanges are directly connected to the nut that connects the steering wheel to the drivers seat.

im kinda ify about putting a sleeve in the sprak plug hole there is about 160psi in the cylinders so all it take is for a small leak to blow the sleeve and plug out i would just rather use a thread tap and clean them up that way and if that dont work something tells me that you shouldnt be changing spark plugs on any truck or car. just my 2cents

Time sert is the best tool to do a stripped thread repair.... PLUS it is the only "Ford Approved" fix for a stripped plug hole, somewhat expensive but it works well.
I have used the "other/generic" $30 plug repair kits with great results and they can be purchased at A.Z, NAPA, C.Q or any speciality stores. The tool is called a: 14mm plug repair kit.
A 14mm "Back Tap Tool" is another tool that is handy to repair a cross threaded plug hole but will not work on a stripped hole.

BTW: MOST repair guys use the "other" kit for plug hole repair.
