Never said I believe that, maybe the mustang owner missed a gear lol. That would be a good race in the low end if he got the jump but on a 1/4 he couldn't if the boss owner was alive and driving and not like... A blow up doll in the front seat. Going offroading in any vehicle can result it something breaking....thats all driver skill and ability.
Taking a mid size truck with a 3.0 engine and hopping it up to try to compete with sports cars is stupidity..

Everyone wants more power more performance...but u cant get applejuice from an orange...

My truck is a lifted 3.0 4x4 truck....its not a big f350 and its not a ferrari...
It goes thru mud and snow....it will pass up those little stuck low riding cars in the snow filled ditches...

It hauls my atvs and boats, and i dont need a turbo to do all this..

You can be different and think outside the box...sure...but risk blowing up your engine with a turbo and high psi, all cuz u wanted more speed/performance.
If youre doing this to your only vehicle, your daily driver, its not worth the risk...if its your extra vehicle/project vehicle..fine...its your time and money and your vehicle..

i have a push rod engine. so by your definition it is muscle.

in that case i would rather drive "rice".. muscle car guys have a bad rep with me anyways. v8 this, v8 that,... that is when i call you out to do a run on the street because i know most of them are just noise and show.
