Default Low input to TPS and MAF

Hello. My truck has been having idling problems, but only right after I start the engine. When I press the gas pedal it sounds like it is going to die. After about ten seconds the idle drops really low and then goes back to normal. Once that happens it runs just fine. Right now it is showing codes P0102-MAF Sensor Circuit Low Input and P0122-TB Sensor Circuit Low Input. I have cleaned the MAF sensor and IAC valve and changed the air filter. I am a newbie when it comes to working on my truck so I need help. What else could I do to solve this problem? Thank you.
