Thanks, I wasn't sure how everything came apart and didn't want to break something. I'll try that next time since.
I didn't replace the fan clutch or water pump so I'll be back in there sometime.
Here are some pictures of the pita bolt. If you find this thread and have this issue I'll try to give some advice.
When I went to the hardware store to ask for a left handed drill bit, I was told they do not sell thing to help people break locks lol. I must look sketchy? My tensioner bolt snapped because of pressure on the bolt, not because it was seized. So I knew that a left handed drill bit would take it out easily. Instead I bought a screw extractor.
When I started drilling the bolt went inside so I couldn't see it. As you can see, I didn't drill in the center and I did not punch the bolt before drilling. I did use a tiny drill bit to start the hole..
I had to use a wireless drill because there was not enough room for the wired dill I have with the radiator out. (fwi if you have this issue).
It wasn't a hard job to do. I haven't done a lot of car things so if it happens I wouldn't worry about doing it yourself. I had never removed a radiator or fan clutch and never drilled a broken bolt out. I did replace my coolant with new coolant and I hope I did that right.
Oh and to remove the top radiator hose I think it's a lot easier to remove the entire airbox. You can grip the thing that holds the hose on a lot easier.
You can see how to remove the air box here
