Mine was doing that. On mine it was a wheel bearing. Seemed worse when rhe brakes got hot from stop and go traffic.

search "cam syncro 3.0" it is on the passenger side near the firewall( if it is chirping in this area the part is going bad)........it drive the oil pump and when it fails the engine seizes.....it should be changed every 80k miles.........the part cost $100 and you should be able to find someone to install it for $100-$150....if you can't do it yourself.......

It's not a noise it just shakes the whole car like I feel it moving left to right

It feels like its coming from the transmission because I feel like under me

Buy a code reader and frequently check for codes. Then post them here!

Usually an auto parts store like o'reilly will hook up a code scanner to your truck for free hoping you will buy the parts there. I'd do that next.

Also, you need to realize that many of the codes will indicate a problem in a particular area of the engine management system, and the code itself may not point directly to a sensor, contrary to what rookies and sales guys will often want you to believe. Never, ever buy any parts until you have diagnosed and proven that the ones you are replacing are bad.

*That $20 code reader and a $7 DMM from Harbor Freight, tools that cost less than your new plug wires that didn't need replacing and didn't fix the problem, you could have used that $7 meter along with a visual inspection to check your plug wires and conclude that replacing them was going to do absolutely nothing. Just a FYI.
