Default power loss

i have a 2000 ford ranger v6 3.0 and it seems when im on the freeway going up hill i have my truck floored and the top speed was 75. it an automatic and it doesn't have the muffler. do you think not having the muffler could make it lose power like that?

nope not the muffler. goin 75 up hill in a ranger is not that bad

you might have lost a tiny bit of torque without the muffler
