Default Radiator suction? Help..

So my radiator hose is kinda suctioning together. I am kinda confused on this. This on top of my coolant keeps disappearing. I haven't noticed any leaks. And I haven't noticed much in my temp gauge. Any reason the hose could be going flat?
My Radiator cap is a little crappy...btw

The radiator cap could be an issue but you may want to consider replacing the hose, When they get old they will get too soft and collapse..
Did both hoses collapse or just one??

Torque it down till it breaks off, then back it off 1/4 turn.

Are you adding coolant to the reservoir or to the radiator??

Normal operation of the cooling system is when the coolant is hot it will expand into the reservoir then as the coolant cools down it is drawn into the radiator from the reservoir.
Now that you have a new cap make sure the little hose going to the reservoir is not blocked, the hose collapsing may due to fact that the hose is blocked and unable to draw coolant from the reservoir.
