Seafoam is a fuel injector cleaner, moisture remover, sludge dissolver, and combustion chamber cleaner. Depends on where you put it (tank, crankcase, vacuum line). It runs about $9 a can, and seems to work wonders on some of our trucks when put in the brake booster hose.

Careful with those powerstrokes Rob; it only takes 24 pounds of force to internally tear your gentleman's sausage.

Just a little word of warning with Seafoam into the brake booster.

1. Don't suck so much in that you hydrolock the engine. That would be very bad.
2. If you haven't done it before, do it BEFORE you change spark plugs. If you've got a lot of carbon buildup, it'll clean it all out, but foul your plugs in the process.

Anyone got any idea of where to start with a 302 swap? Ive decided in the next few months i want to be able to do that if i can. I dont know much about engine swaps. I really need advice, suggestions, and warnings. Also i dont know where i should buy an engine. new or old. This and that. Anybody want to give me the 101 on engine swapping?

Honestly you are better off just rebuilding your motor, tear it down and replace everything bore it out and what not, because its cheaper then a 302 and easier

Oh fuck, rebuilding that shit? Might as well say goodbye to a year knowing how fast i work. I would rebuild it except its my only car. If i were to just swap it i could get it back fast. Plus i love 302s

Good luck. After reading though it, you may decide you suddenly have plenty of power.
