Get a compression check done. Just to be on the safe side.

spark plugs AND AND AND wires.
Everybody always seems to buy JUST plugs and then they wonder while they still have a misfire.

Use only autolite or motorcraft plugs.

If you use autolites then get the regular kind, not that double plat crap or you will have a misfire still. That should fix your problem.

New plugs wires coil, egr valve, cleaned IACV, checked for vacuum leaks, sea foam in the vacuum lines. It all started with a trip through the car wash

115 psi should be plenty of compression to get fire. Have you swapped the wires between two plugs, just to be sure it's not a bad wire?
