wow...i told him money was tight so i wanted to be sure of what it could and couldnt be. i thanked him for metioning it and thanked him for giving his information and he still just can't understand it. Don't ya just love people? Just goes to show that some people lack maturity to be on the internet and don't have the manners to own up to what they said.

Now with that out of the way rangerlocal i have one last question for you that involves the servo motor cover. when i got the parts from the ford place the new gasket didn't come with it. do you think i should invest in a new one or just keep the old one since it didn't come with it?

It should have come with the shift kit if you got the one from Transgo. If it didn't, the factory one can be reused if not torn, but I'd replace it. I'd hate for you to lose reverse after all that work just because of a $3 gasket.

oh i see i thought you ment it would be with the valve body gasket..ok i havent received the shift kit yet so theres where my screw up was lol thanks a lot. i cant wait to do this and just get it over with!
