Default 3.0L misfire in cyl #3

Hi an thanks for letting me be here.
I will go from misfire started on road to put scanner and read 303, 133.
I changed the plugs,checked wires,all plugs are getting fire. Same thing misfire #3. Cleared codes by disconnecting battery. retarted, no codes. Still misfire. I checked the compression ; #3 has low of little compression as indicated on the gage. Is it a bad injector?
Any suggestions?

ignition coil. i had a misfire cylinder 5. and i have a 3.0. i changed the plugs and plug wires and it still didnt fix it. so i replaced the coil ( a 60 dollar part ) and everything runs fine now. no weird idle or anything.

The fuel injector valve on #3 was stuck? *same issue, so says the code reader

I had same issue with my 4.0 and ended up having a cracked head as well. I put two new heads on it and even changed out the water pump while I was in there and all for less than $1000. I was planning on having the heads worked at the machine shop but within 2 minutes of dropping off the guy pointed out a crack in one. He said the 3.0 & the 4.0 both have issues with vlv seats and this will cause a misfire. I had two cylinders with stuck valves. You get your's fixed?
