or there is a sensor it called the crankshaft i think, its on the front of the motor i will send a pic of it so as i can

coil pack would have nothing to do with the pump not pumping. the pump should purge with the the turn of the key to the ON postion not cranking

I think i have finally figured out the problem. When I replaced the fuel pump the first time I didn't clean the tank completely out. Their was was water or bad gas that caused my new fuel pump to foul out. I cleaned out the tank today and waiting on the new fuel pump.

Lesson learned.
