Question New VSS/ABS sensor not working under 20

I had an issue with my truck's speedometer not working along with a side of CEL and ABS light. Scanned it and came up with a code for my Vehicle speed sensor, so I replaced the ABS/VSS sensor that sits on top of the rear diff. Now my speedometer works, but only under 20, I'm wondering if anyone else has had this same issue. I bought a non-OEM sensor due simply because it was the only one in stock, maybe it's just defective and/or junk?

I appreciate any feedback, hate to dump another $20 or so on another sensor if I just messed something up.
