Default Need Help ASAP - Cold Air Intake?

i have an 03 ford ranger with everything stock under the hood. I know someone who is trying to sell a cold air intake for a Mazda b4000/3000 and he says it will fit my ranger. First off, will it fit mine? i did some googling and didnt find anything. I dont even know who makes it or the model number so im sure most people will tell me to figure that out before i ask questions. Also, what will it do for the truck? i know in cars a cold air intake sucks in more, colder air, but does it really make a difference??? Thanks for everything.

it wont help performance. But if you feel you absolutely need another piece of chrome to polish. then get it. its your truck. do what ever suits you.

a CAI should be the last thing you do you dont need anymore air than what your stock one can flow now untill you add more things in the motor like porting and polshing and other big things like that dont waste your money you wont see any difference other than sound

Must have the same engine. 3.0 I am not sure how long they were the same, but the 4.0 only 01-03 will work on your 03.
