Hi i have a 1991 ranger with 3.0. i have a chatter/screach type sound that i have narrowed down to the distributor. I put in a new cap and rotor, and it still happens. The distributor and everything is all tight. The rotor hasnt been rubbing in the cap either. It is louder when cold and in cold weather (we get near the 0 degree range). it runs good with this problem though. any answers are apprieicated! thanks
