Default 07 rough idle I'm stuck!

Hello, this is my first time using a forum, Im stuck. I have a 07 ranger with a 3.0, the truck has a rough idle, and almost looks like its misfiring. However, there is no engine light or trouble codes that come up. I have done all the maintenance (oil, air filter, throttle body cleaned,ect...) I changed the spark plugs and the plug wires, and saw no improvement. I hooked up my fuel pressure gauge and it read 65PSI which is normal I believe. My next idea was to change the PCV valve, the manual recommends replacing it at 100k, could this cause my rough idle? Also, I was thinking maybe the rough idle is because of the idle air control valve. But wouldn't this cause an engine light? Please help I can't keep throwing parts at the truck. Any advice would help. Thank you!!

P.S. While the truck was under Ford's warranty the dealer changed the coils, fuel injectors, and re-flashed the ECM. (all of those problems happened many miles ago and they all produced an engine code)

This problem is very much like the one we were having with one of our company Ford vans. As it turned out it was the battery that was borderline bad. The Ford tech said that ECU doesn't like weak batteries and will have you chasing your tail. They did some kind of dynamic load test on the battery and found it to be only at 60% of capacity, new battery ,problem gone.

The truck would start fine so we never thought about the battery being weak, but hey the battery was 5yrs old!

Just for the hell of it, have your battery tested, Sears automotive is good place to have a battery tested, they will charge it out of the truck and load test.

I've never heard of a battery causing ECM problems, but the battery is 5 years old and I was planning on getting a new one before the winter. The eye on the battery is orange, I never trust those eyes but its worth a shot. Thanks a lot!!
