 keeping it going
i am trying to get my truck to run more efficiently so i was wondering if any little things can help im thinking about new spark plugs and wires, a new air filter, maybe new fuel injectors or a clean im not the best with engines so anything i can do to just help keep it running good will help

A fuel filter replacement would also help with the pick up a little bit. just a cheap $15 maintenance helper
