The black box near battery that holds relays and fuses. It was relay number 5, I tried the the horn relay (relay 7) to make sure it was just the relay n when I swapped them sure enough the horn stopped working but truck started right up. Advance auto sells the relay for 14.79. Try swapping 5 n 7 first if it starts up then just buy a relay for the horn. Same part number for both.
