So I'm leaving tomorrow morning at 530 am for yosemite. My check engine light came on. And now my truck sounds like a subaru. Its getting spark so I'm thinking possibly fuel related? Maybe a clogged fuel filter??

I should have been more specific, it lost power like its running on 5 cylinders or less.and it sputters down the road. It has to be something fuel related. Maybe clogged injectors?

I got a scanner and the code read P0305 which is a misfire in cylinder 5.. So im thinking either a plug or plug wire or numerous other things! damn it, I guess I can try the easy shit when I get back and cross my fingers for the best!

Plug and wire would be the first and most simple suspect. Especially with it only being one cylinder.
