Idle surge

Hi all I have an 03 ranger with the 3.0 v6. was having some problems with the truck dieing and idleing low so I replaced the IAC and it ran fine for a week or so. Now it idles real high when shifted from Park to Drive or Rev and sometimes when coming to a stop it will surge a bit. I have noticed that when in park if you tap the accel pedal when its at high idle (cold or hot eng) it normally calms down. any help would be great.



Update: did a throttle body service with no change! This is my fiances truck and after driving it I do notice the idle raises when the A/C comp engages (as it should) but it seems to idle a bit on the high side with the comp engaged.
