Default Lockign Gas Cap 3.0L flex fuel

I just bought a 2000 Ranger 3.0L flex fuel 6 cyl. Should I fork out the additional money for a Ford locking Gas Cap or just get one from Autozone. $45 installed vs $18 and I have to install. I am concerned the regular one might not seal good enough but handy enouigh to do it myself.

There isn't anything tricky about installing them... you unscrew old cap, screw on new cap. I'm not sure if there is an actual difference between the Ford ones and generic ones but take a look at RockAuto.com get yourself an OEM locking cap for the same price as the generic autozone one.
