Default Time to change the plugs and wires.

Time to change the plugs and wires. I wanna get some OEM wires and get a hotter plug, hoping this will help with the gas mileage. I do know OEM plugs are platinum plugs. So I'm guessing a hotter plug would be a Iridium plug?? Anyone have any suggestions on what I should throw in there this time around?

I think the stock plugs are a double platinum, that is what i read when i changed mine anyway. I went with autolite double platinum plugs, don't remember which wires. Truck still runs good, I changed them at 65000 miles, I had put the truck on it's side and I figured the drivers side was fouled due to oil in the cylinders, I was right. 1st three tanks of fuel after the wreck i was 3-4 mpg down from normal, changed plugs and recharged filter and back to normal
