if tis like mine is has two lil plastic clips around the line (your new filter will come with replacements) just pull those out and then bam lines pull off and you pop the filter out. takes all of 5 min install is just reverse of how it comes out

94? You should have this one.

They are easy to get off but they can be a pain in the ass. You can buy the tool at any auto parts store. They sell them as a pack for $6-7.

I wish it was as easy to do on a ranger as on a 4runner. All I needed was a regular old wrench.

Yeah its really not fun. One of the stupidest ideas ford has had. Half the time its loaded with dirt and a pain in the ass to get out.

its easy, pull out the fuse for the fuel pump, or if you have an inertia switch for the fuel pump, unplug it, run the engine until it stalls and buy a quick disconnect tool

I have never had a connection come off that easy. Tell hairy fingers to get under the truck and do that in a crappy spot with the fitting full of grease, oil, and dirt. ha ha
