Default torque spec on oil pan plug

Does anyone know the torque spec for a 2000 Ranger 3.0 6 cylinder? I am going to change the oil and I want to use my new toy - a Craftsman Torque Wrench - and I want to get the spec correct.

or 7 foot pounds

speaking of foot pounds, I once had to make a torque wrench for something, dont remember what it was. But I put a 12" piece of small pipe over my ratchet and added a 5 lb weight on the end, I tightened up until the pipe could hold the 5 lb weight. This was my guess at 5 foot pounds, I have no idea if it was accurate, but it was good enough!
