that is interesting about the cleaner. if that was my truck i would at minimum switch the relays back .that way i would know for sure it is not acting up.....but i can be a little OCD.. lol....keep us posted this is an interesting troubleshoot

Trucks been starting and running fine this whole week. Even took it on a 11hr road trip with no issues. Weird.

I'm having the same problem but my 99 ranger is not getting any fire...I a new coil on, new cam shaft pos sensor...any ideas??
