Post 150,000 mile service

Hey guys. I would like to do a small maintenance done to my truck. It's at about 150,664 miles and I would like to keep it running strong! What can I do maintenance wise on the truck? I already did a oil and filter change. Going to clean the air filter, IAC, MAF, and throttle body. I would like to get some new brakes and rotors for the fronts and definitely some new shocks (inexpensive yet a smooth ride). Anyone have any advice or suggestions? I would really appreciate it. Thank you!

How's your tranny fluid?
-Fuel Filter and seafoam perhaps
-Highmileage caliber oil or full syntec with lucas blend (I know you did the oil change already)
-and perhaps some tear drops on your guitar

lmao at the last part. I'm getting an autograph decal of her signature for my truck! Already did fuel filter I think last year? Around fallish time. Also Seafoam done in March I think of this year. I use Mobil one fully synthetic oil and a motorcraft oil filter. I would like to do some more things to the truck. I know I'm missing a few stuff I should consider doing. If I get Taylor to ride in the truck, my truck will last a lifetime!

Shocks need.
Tranny was flush and done around February/March.
What does tune up consist?
Fuel Filter done last year.
I will check on those brakes at Autozone.
Coolant flush was also done in February/March.

HA HA HA. I'll stick with my 3.0. It runs smoothly that's for sure. I want to switch out my slightly newish spark plugs for some nice motorcraft ones because I was told the Bosch plugs are bad. And I want to get some new wire set in blue to match the stuff I got under the hood that's blue. Maybe a demon coil? If I can get some nice inexpensive shocks and brakes, I'm good for the summer

I will. But it sounds better like this: "and perhaps some tear drops on her guitar" ???

I am around the same mileage and has completed everything that has been listed in this thread. Only thing I plan on doing soon is the water pump and the timing belt. If I am really feeling crazy, the head gasket while I have some of the engine pulled apart.

Does this truck have struts or shocks? I was planning on doing those too. I have actually heard bad things about Monroe...any other ideas for brands?

When you do the waterpump, have a friend handy to hold up the ac compressor and power steering pump. Also be careful with the smaller bolts, i ended up breaking one accidentally putting it back on.

There are grease points on the driveshaft and rear brakes that you could put grease into. I havent found anymore than those 2. You could also do a diff oil change, and cabin filter change too. The only other thing I can think of is putting grease on the door hinges.
