Default number 5 misfire

so coming home from work thursday night my check engine light came on and my truck started to rattle, so i pulled over and looked under the hood and decide to call AAA and have my truck towed home instead of blowing the engine up. i hooked up my obd2 reader and i found that it was my number 5 cylinder misfiring, i just put new plugs and wires in 2 weeks ago so i thought maybe my wire was loose so i pulled it off to see how loose it was when i pulled it out the whole metal internals came out too. so thankful it was something simple. if this is posted in the wrong thread i'm sorry it seemed like the best place to tell a story.

Looks as if the plug is bent some.
