Question help cylinder six is flooded with fuel

I'm at a loss here just recently got this truck and it's causing me all sorts of trouble. It starts rough and will misfire most of the time on cylinder six (driver side closest to the rear) here is a list of parts I have thrown at it so far. new coil, distributor cap / rotor, plug wires, plugs, fuel pump, fuel filter, coolant temp sensor, TPS sensor and new fuel injector above cylinder six. I've cleaned the throttle body and IAC. truck runs at a real high rpm, around 2500 rpm at 65 mph, it burns black smoke out the exhaust under heavy accel or going up hill. I have done compression test on all cylinders and is approx 120 to 125 psi on all cylinders. also forgot to mention truck has automatic transmission and is not throwing any CEL and yes the light does work also there are not any cats equipped on the truck at this time but yes it still has O2 sensor Any ideas anyone?

I"m looking for some information myself on how to remove the intake so I can change out a fuel injector on no 5. It seems that I get a random cyl misfire code, hard to start when it sets for a while, not so much if it only sits for 10min or so. My no 5 is wet so I'm to believe that I have an injector that leaks down into that cyl. I can smell gas when it's hard to start. Well, that's my take, but unsure if I can do the work myself since I have to remove the intake plenum and all the parts attached to it.

removing the intake was fairly easy, first remove the air intake hose from between the air filter and throttle body, if you have the aluminum intake like what is on mine there are six bolts holding it on, there is one in the far back near the distributor that is kinda hiding, they are all 13mm, the coil will have to come off the far left bolts first, two nuts hold it in place then you'll need a 13mm deep socket to take the actual bolts off and out. the very front bolt on the intake is attached to a cross member in this same way, remove the 13mm nut off the top of it and then follow to the other side of the bar and there is a 10mm nut you need just to loosen and lift up on the bar and then tighten back down. it removes the bar out of your way and this will also hold the upper coolant hose out of your way as well. after all bolts are off make sure you remove the wire connectors off of the IAC and TPS, disconnect all of your vacuum hoses from the back of the intake, now you should be able to lift and move the intake off of the engine and to the far driver side. I didn't have to remove the throttle linkage to get to injectors just make sure that the intake is setting on something solid and not dangling by linkage. the fuel rails will now be visible and are held in place by two 8mm bolts per side remove these give a little tug and your rail along with injectores will come up BEFORE YOU DO THIS make sure you have relived the pressure off the fuel system.
